2.1 Xavigate Content

All content, courses, software, and frameworks developed by Xavigate—including Alignment Dynamics (AD) and related systems—are the property of Xavigate International, LLC and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may:

• View and download Site content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Copy, publish, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission.
• Use our trademarks or branding without consent.

2.2 Multiple Natures Intellectual Property

All content related to Multiple Natures (MN)—including the MN Framework, MNTEST, Practitioner Certification, and associated materials—is copyright © 2008–2025 Multiple Natures International, LLC (MNI) and protected by trademark and intellectual property laws. Xavigate does not own the MN Framework or MNTEST or related certification program or courses. It provides a platform through which MN-related offerings are accessed under agreement with MNI.

2.3 Restrictions on Use with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning Systems

All content provided by Xavigate International—including our assessments, frameworks, reports, instructional materials, practitioner resources, guides, articles, exercises, platform features, and associated intellectual property—is protected and proprietary.

You may not, under any circumstances, do the following:

• Use any Xavigate content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, or build artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models, including language models, predictive systems, chatbots, or recommendation engines.
• Submit our content into AI prompt fields or chat interfaces (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, or other generative tools), even in so-called “no-train” or “temporary” modes.
• Use Xavigate materials in any automated data labeling, scraping, ingestion, or pattern analysis process.
• Attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, or simulate Xavigate’s proprietary assessments, frameworks, or outputs through algorithmic means.
• Incorporate any portion of our platform into browser extensions, bots, or plugins designed to interface with third-party AI models or automation systems.

These restrictions apply whether the action is manual (e.g., copy/paste) or automated (e.g., bots, APIs, crawlers, extensions), and whether performed by an individual or an organization.

Violation of this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access
• Revocation of certifications or platform privileges
• Legal action to protect our intellectual property, including injunctive relief and financial damages

If you are developing educational technologies or conducting research and believe that your intended use of Xavigate content may require an exception to this policy, you must obtain explicit, written permission from Xavigate International, LLC in advance.

Use Xavigate the Right Way

We encourage the use of our tools, assessments, and frameworks within our official platform and app. The Xavigate app is designed to give users, practitioners, and organizations secure access to:

• AI-enhanced alignment tools powered by our authorized internal systems
• Rich, interactive insights based on the MN and AD frameworks
• Guidance grounded in real-world use, not speculative imitation

Instead of attempting to reproduce our systems through third-party tools, we invite you to use the Xavigate platform directly—for the most accurate, ethical, and effective experience.

2.4 Licensing & Regional Restrictions

In the countries of Lithuania, Latvia, and Belarus, access to MNTEST and MN-related courses and content is exclusively licensed to:

• Edu Perfectus: http://www.eduperfectus.lt

Residents of these countries must obtain MNTEST access only through the authorized licensees above.
Using VPNs or other tools to bypass this restriction is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
